Purpose
Pactto is positioned as an AI-native platform for collaboration between humans and AI agents, with its core focus on closing the gap in creative assets between "fast creation but slow review." It brings presentation, review, revision, and approval together into a persistent "creative room," reducing fragmented feedback, lost decisions, overly long approval cycles, and version confusion.
Main Capabilities
- Persistent creative rooms: Each project, client, or team can have a continuously existing room, where assets, members, discussions, decisions, and AI context all remain in the same space, and the room's memory keeps accumulating with use.
- Smart canvas: The room itself is a smart canvas, supporting video, images, PDF, SVG, audio, and multi-screen sharing.
- AI assistant: Always online and with full context, it can turn feedback into edits, summaries, and tasks, and execute them in real time in the browser. For example, it can adjust the image according to instructions, generate alternative key visuals, create action item documents, or move canvas elements according to rules. It supports customizing assistant behavior rules per room.
- Real-time transcription and translation: Transcribes conversations in real time by speaker and timestamp, and translates them in real time for each participant, supporting English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German, Indonesian, Italian, and Arabic.
- Studio-grade presentation: Plays video at studio-grade quality, with accurate color, accurate frames, and no stutter or compression artifacts; supports multiple people sharing their screens at the same time, for example using Premiere on one side and Figma on the other.
- Comments and annotations: Supports voice comments, drawing lines, shapes, text, and freehand on any frame, pinning comments to a specific frame or frame range; the AI assistant can see annotations and continue working based on them.
- Approval and status tracking: Decisions are completed within the room, documents update in real time, approvals can be tracked, status can be visualized or viewed through the agent, and assets are traceable from v1 to the final version.
- Asset access: Files can be dragged in from the local machine; the Pro plan supports pulling assets directly from Frame.io through an Adobe partnership, and supports Google Drive and Google login.
- CLI access: The Pro plan can point Claude Code or Codex at a room to read or write room content in the terminal.
How to Use
Upload and review work in a room, invite collaborators or guests, hold real-time meetings, capture conversations and transcription records, and use AI to understand and operate on the work. You can directly speak to suggest changes.See, AI captures it as structured comments and suggests or executes actions; it can also generate documents, organize tasks, and track status. The free plan provides two active rooms, all editing and commenting tools, 5GB of storage, 5 members, meetings of up to 60 minutes each, including 60 minutes of real-time translation and a one-time 10 AI credits. The Pro plan provides unlimited rooms and guests, 500GB of storage, persistent room memory, integrations, and CLI access.
Use Cases
The materials list several ways rooms can be used: complex AI creative project management; mapping each podcast episode from brief, clip review, and cover generation to social short clips; recurring weekly team breakout meetings; one room per student with course materials and a record of corrected vocabulary; one room per athlete for frame-by-frame technical video review and training records; athlete mental performance coaching; architecture and engineering presenting renderings and drawings to clients with on-the-spot sign-off; pitching to investors while retaining all questions.
Limits and Security
The free plan remembers only the most recent session, while Pro rooms are persistent and continuously accumulate context. The free plan has no guest links and only allows direct invitations; Pro allows unlimited guest invitations with no account or paid seat required. Frame.io, Google Drive, Air connections, and the CLI are all Pro features. On security, it provides end-to-end encryption, SOC 2 is in progress, and it uses AWS S3 bucket encryption; it also offers fully white-label deployment for agencies and large enterprises, requiring contact for consultation. Pricing is $19 per month (annual payment $228) or $25 per month.
