Planist.ai is an AI content strategy and planning platform for agencies, brands, and online stores. Its core idea is: users only need to point Planist at a store or website, and the system can read the brand information, plan monthly content, write copy, create design drafts, and send them to clients for approval via a WhatsApp link. The entire process is completed collaboratively by six AI agents, with users retaining the final say.
Main Capabilities
Planist can automatically read the brand information of a store or website, including the logo, color scheme, fonts, product images, and prices. It writes the brand strategy and tone of voice into the "brand brain" and keeps them consistent throughout the entire content production cycle. Then, the system plans a content calendar for the entire month, scheduling several posts per week across channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, with each content slot accompanied by a planning rationale. The platform automatically generates design drafts, captions, and video scripts. All visual content undergoes a brand consistency check before being shown, and content that does not meet the standard is redone.
In addition, Planist supports converting the text content of posts into dynamic videos suitable for Reels, Stories, and TikTok, using the brand's own color scheme, fonts, logo, product images, and catalog prices, without the need for extra filming. The platform also provides a monthly approval link, where clients can directly approve content on their phones and leave notes on content that is not approved. Each note flows back into the brand brain and becomes a rule for subsequent content. Approved content is automatically published according to the calendar.
How to Use
Users log in with a Google account, with no credit card required. On first use, users point to their own store or website, and Planist automatically detects the e-commerce platform, reads the colors and fonts from the stylesheet, finds the logo, and imports product images and prices. Users can choose their operating mode on the first screen: independent stores receive a dashboard centered on "products," with no client switcher; agencies receive management features such as "clients, playbooks, team." The platform supports e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla, Zid, Magento, and BigCommerce, while other brands can be imported via their website.
Use Cases
Planist is mainly aimed at three types of users: independent brands and online stores, who can manage content production for a single brand; agencies, who can manage multiple clients in one workspace, with each client having an independent brand brain, calendar, content library, and approval link; andbrands that need to standardize their content processes. The platform includes demo brands for nine industries and corresponding playbooks (retail, hospitality, fashion, food and beverage, real estate, healthcare, education, nonprofits, and technology), and provides a separate playbook for professional services, while other industries start from a general playbook combined with the brand's own strategy.
Limitations
The platform supports content generation in English and Arabic. The agent consumption cost per brand is approximately $20. All displayed demo brands are fictional and used for product demonstration. Automatic publishing capability depends on the actual permissions granted by each social platform, and Planist displays the actual capabilities of each connected account. Specific details about pricing plans, whether other languages are supported, and more detailed content on industry playbooks are not yet provided in the materials.
