Pro is paid by actual processing hours, with no subscription, starting at $0.99 for the first hour, credits never expire, and subsequent top-ups start at a minimum of $5.
Data and Privacy
For free use, media and transcriptions are automatically deleted about 30 minutes after completion, or everything can be deleted immediately after processing is complete; uploads are encrypted via SSL. Pro includes one month of media hosting and indefinite retention of transcriptions (unless deleted). Each transcription has a unique URL, and Cloudflare helps prevent enumeration attacks.
