Opennote is a "notebook that thinks with you"-style product, positioned as a deep research and open notes platform for students with AI-powered tools.
According to the official announcement, Opennote has been acquired by Reducto: on May 6, 2026, it was officially announced that Opennote had been acquired by Reducto. The team stated that the experience they gained while building this notebook to help people understand scattered information will be put into Reducto's work in document intelligence, helping people and agents understand and process complex information at a larger scale.
As part of this transition, Opennote has been sunset, and the app is no longer available. If users need a copy of their data or have any questions, they can contact the official team at support@opennote.me for direct assistance.
Regarding the product's specific features, how to use it, applicable scenarios, fees and pricing, supported platforms, and other information, the available materials do not provide this, and it is not yet clear.
