CheckforAi is an online service that has ceased operations. According to its official page description, the project was once a free nonprofit project for individuals, and its main information indicates that its purpose was related to AI content detection, but the official text did not preserve the specific detection features, usage methods, or technical parameters.
Currently, the service has been voluntarily shut down by the official team (sunset the service), and the page explanation states that the reason for the shutdown is that the team needs to shift its energy to new projects, and thanks users for their previous support. Therefore, even if visiting its URL https://checkforai.com/，也无法再获得原有的 AI content detection capability.
In the shutdown notice, the official team provided two follow-up contact channels: first, inviting users to subscribe to its Substack to receive updates on new projects; second, if there are questions, users can send an email to support@uphold.ai. In addition, the page also includes a Cookie statement explaining that users continuing to use the website indicates their agreement to its use of Cookies in accordance with the privacy policy and Cookie policy.
Since the service has been shut down, details such as the specific supported detection scope, languages, input methods, result formats, accuracy, and whether it charges fees are not provided in the available materials and cannot be further introduced. For users who need AI content detection features, it is recommended to follow the new project information released by the team through Substack, or to look for other detection tools that are still operating.
