Breezemail is an AI-powered email organization tool designed to solve inbox clutter. Through intelligent categorization and ChatGPT technology, it automatically identifies important emails and keeps them in the inbox, while the rest are sorted into smart categories.
Key Capabilities
- Smart Categorization: Use predefined categories or create custom categories with natural language (such as "all emails about finance and investing"), without complex filter rules.
- Important Email Identification: The AI is trained to recognize emails that are truly important to the user and label them so they stay in the inbox.
- One-Click Organization: Supports one-click inbox zero.
- Multi-Platform Support: Currently supports Gmail and Outlook, with a dedicated Gmail version coming in the future.
How to Use
- Sign up and connect a Gmail or Outlook account.
- Choose from predefined categories, or create custom categories using natural language.
- After confirming the categories, Breezemail will automatically begin categorizing, which may take a few minutes.
- View categorization progress and the number of prioritized emails on the dashboard.
Use Cases
- Personal email organization to reduce inbox clutter.
- Company email use, but pay attention to compliance issues and consult your company's legal department.
Limitations
- Cannot automatically move categorized emails in Outlook back to the inbox; this must be done manually.
- Email content is sent to the ChatGPT API for processing; if you have concerns about this, it is not suitable for you.
- If an email is set by a Gmail filter to "Skip the Inbox," Breezemail will not be able to label it.
- Avoid making Breezemail labels sub-labels of other labels, otherwise the labels may not work properly.
- For emails with multiple contexts, Breezemail will evaluate from the most specific to the least specific category.
Security and Privacy
- Does not retain, sell, or analyze user data; it is used only for public features.
- Email content is processed only by ChatGPT; Breezemail servers do not process or retain any content.
- Mailbox access permissions can be granted or revoked at any time, and access tokens are stored encrypted.
- Credentials are encrypted and used only to scan the mailbox and perform specific operations.
