Pricing and Limits

The Operator platform subscription is $67 per month, including unlimited seats, leads, campaigns, and content, as well as all customer acquisition features. The platform does not mark up AI tokens; users bring their own API keys and pay the providers directly for actual usage. External provider usage fees are not included: AI, data enrichment, mailboxes, and other services may have their own fees and limits. Sending accounts have daily limits and provider rules. Mailbox licenses, domains, AI usage, data enrichment, and other provider fees are calculated separately.

A 3-day free trial is offered, no credit card required. You can set up offers and ideal customers, explore the workspace, and connect accounts and API providers. When using your own accounts, provider fees may stillbe incurred. Continued use of Operator is $67 per month.

There is also a separate white-label plan at $297 per month, which adds client workspaces, custom branding and domains, roles, and client billing. Unlimited Operator seats do not include white-label client workspaces.
