54ch10-mcp is a lightweight MCP (Model Context Protocol) stdio wrapper built around the 54ch10 Brief API. Its goal is to provide risk briefs for URLs, wallet addresses, and tokens before an AI agent actually clicks or interacts, helping to achieve "wrap before you click." Its core positioning is as an analytical heuristic tool, and it explicitly states that it does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice, nor does it represent a safety clearance.
Main capabilities and toolset:
- url.open (primary URL check): calls GET /v1/open?q= and returns a risk score from 0–100, where a lower score is better.
- url.open_batch: POST /v1/open/batch, paid only, with a maximum of 25 URLs per request, concurrency of about 3, and about 10 in flight.
- url.fetch: SSRF-safe page fetching, GET https://54ch10.uk/v1/fetch?url=,按 billed at $0.005.
- Address/token briefs: /v1/brief?type=address|token&q=.
- The toolset also includes /v1/whois, /v1/dns, /v1/tls, /v1/normalize-url, hash, encode, paste, etc.
- MCP tool names use dot notation: url.open, url.open_batch, url.fetch, url.normalize, domain.whois, domain.dns, domain.tls, util.hash, util.encode, paste.write, paste.read; the old flat aliases (such as brief, whois) are still available.
- Built-in prompts: wrap_before_click, domain_hygiene, free_taste_demo.
Usage: Requires Node.js 18+. It can be used via Smithery (https://smithery.ai/servers/brainpowerux/54ch10-mcp)安装,配置主机参见 CONFIG.example.json, installation mapping see https://54ch10.uk/docs/install-map。认证与付费有几种方式:免费模式可将 Leave BRIEF_API_KEY empty, use the X-54ch10-Free header, or access the /v1/<tool>/free endpoint; in stack mode, obtain a stack ID via GET|POST /v1/stack ($1 for 80 calls), put it in BRIEF_API_KEY and send it with the X-54ch10-Stack header; in Bearer mode, set BRIEF_API_KEY to a key starting with 54k_ and send it as Authorization Bearer. HTTP 402 means unpaid; you can switch to stack or 54k Bearer. Batch operations can be done through the Bulk UI (https://linksafu.com/bulk)进行。价格指示:open 0.015, batch is N×0.015, fetch is 0.005.
Use cases: Suitable for AI agents, automated workflows, or security workflows that need to quickly assess the risk of links or crypto asset addresses before execution, for example intercepting suspicious links in a chatbot, performing whois/dns/tls hygiene checks on domains, or prechecking batch URLs.
Limitations: The material explicitly states that this tool is only analytical information, based on heuristic rules, and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, nor is it equivalent to a security certification. The MCP stdio wrapper does not automatically pay x402 fees. The free trial endpoint, batch limits, billing amounts, etc. are as listed in the material; other functional details are not yet provided.
