bklink is an audit tool for backlink placement and purchasing scenarios, and its core purpose is to answer one question: what links did your money actually buy? It does not rely on crawler historical snapshots. Instead, at the moment you run the audit, it fetches in real time the pages where the links you paid to place are located, records whether the links exist, whether they are follow, nofollow, or sponsored, and whether the pages can still be resolved.
Main capabilities
- Verify link status: during the audit, check each link one by one to see whether it is alive, dead, or nofollow.
- Detect shared hosting: trace each publishing page back to its server, hosting network, and country, so that one network cannot disguise itself as multiple mutually independent sites.
- Estimate true value: based on independent data, provide a defensible U.S. dollar value range for each link. The report presents a profile based on information such as Ahrefs Domain Rating, and provides a value range after accounting for discounts for shared hosting and reposted copies.
- Separate accounting by project and vendor: each vendor's placement list can be uploaded as an independent project, and its survival, follow status, independent hosting situation, and list value can be audited separately as a basis for whether to renew.
- Status rechecks: recheck every URL in the report at any time. Any links that have been removed, changed to nofollow, or become dead will be listed together with the date of change, and the value of the portion still alive will be recalculated; when a recheck finds lost links, you will be notified by email.
- Indexing-related functions: check whether Google already has a page, determine which pages are unlikely to be indexed, and pay to submit selected URLs to Google's indexing process.
How to use it Upload a list provided by a vendor - CSV, spreadsheet, PDF, or Word (.docx) are supported, or you can paste URLs directly; if you want to audit links already pointing to your own website, instead run a website scan on the domain. bklink only reads the public content of the pages where the links are located and public DNS records, with no script, plugin, or Search Console connection required. Agencies can keep one project per client site, audit separately by vendor delivery batch, and give clients the PDF of the same report or a share link; links you want removed can be exported as a Google-ready disavow file.
Use cases Audit deliverables from vendors or PR distributors, evaluate the return on backlink investment, discover link rot that quietly occurs after payment, create client reports for agencies, clean up harmful links, and when you need to immediately provide Google submits indexed scenarios.
Pricing and limits No subscription. New accounts receive a $1 credit, enough for one audit of up to 400 links, with no card required; top-ups start at $10, and unused balances can be refunded according to the refund policy. On price: $1 per audit (up to 400 links; longer lists cost more, but no more than $6.32), $1 per 1,000 external links for website scans, $1 per status recheck (regardless of list length), $0.01 per URL for index checks, and $0.15 per URL for instant indexing. All prices are shown before execution. Indexing is decided by Google, inclusion is not guaranteed, and submitted URLs are non-refundable. Link valuations are only estimates of comparable link sale prices and do not represent the future returns a link can bring or the price others would pay; the report gives a range rather than a single number, and the full methodology is published on the methodology page. Rechecks must be initiated manually, and there is currently no automatic background monitoring. User-uploaded lists, target domains, payment amounts, and reports are visible only to the user and anyone who has the share link; post-level results (such as the server where the post is hosted and the link's performance at the time of the audit) enter the public mxverify directory, but do not disclose user identity or sites; URLs submitted for indexing will appear on mxverify. In addition, the website mentions that a vetted link marketplace is coming soon, but details are not yet available.
