Orders and Provisioning of Access Each Order, when signed by both parties, is incorporated into and forms part of the agreement. Even if a related purchase order or similar form contains different terms, it has no effect, even if signed after the date of this agreement. Subject to the customer's compliance with the terms of this agreement (including the Use Restrictions and any restrictions in the applicable Order), the customer may access and use the Services (including the Platform) and Service Data during the Subscription Term solely through its Authorized Users, on a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as provided in Section 14.9), non-sublicensable basis. Such use is limited to the customer's internal business purposes and the use cases, features, and functionalities specified in the Order. The foregoing authorization includes a limited license for the customer to install and use the Client Software solely in connection with its authorized use of the Services. The customer shall implement the integrations and customizations reasonably required in accordance with the instructions provided by Unify, including placing code, pixels, and cookie, links, or scripts. Each authorized user must have their own separate platform account, and account credentials must not be shared among authorized users or with any third party. Unify may use technical means to set reasonable usage limits to prohibit excessive use of the service, including excessive downloading or screen viewing that indicates a violation of this Agreement, for example sharing with third parties or attempting to circumvent usage limits; however, such controls or means must not be used to restrict the Customer's authorized use of the service under this Agreement and the applicable Order.

Documentation License Subject to the Customer's compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Unify grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as otherwise provided in Section 14.9), non-sublicensable license to use the Documentation solely for internal business purposes in connection with the Platform during the subscription term.

Service Updates Unify may provide updates from time to time, and such updates will become part of the service and be subject to this Agreement; however, Unify has no obligation to provide any such updates. The Customer understands that Unify may, at its sole discretion, improve and modify the service at any time; however, Unify shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes that would reasonably be expected to materially adversely affect the Customer's use of the service.

Reservation of Rights Unify reserves all rights not expressly granted to the Customer under this Agreement. Except for the limited rights and licenses expressly granted under this Agreement, all other rights are reserved.
