Purpose: Outbid LOL is a public paid ranking leaderboard operated by BidLOL, for websites, products, and X accounts. It turns website promotion into numbers anyone can audit: each entry shows the cumulative total paid, current rank, a short description, and outbound click counts, with no private quality score deciding who sits in the first row.
Key capabilities:
- Public paid ranking: Users submit payments for a website or X account. Every successful payment verified by Stripe increases the corresponding entry's cumulative total, and the entry with the higher total ranks higher; if two entries have the same total, the entry that reached that total first keeps the lead.
- Outbound click tracking: Each entry links to a dedicated detail page, and outbound visits go through a first-party redirect and increase the public click count. This number is an activity signal and does not guarantee unique users, conversions, or search rankings.
- Minimum and bid increment rules: New entries and subsequent bid increments are at least $10; to take first place, the system suggests targeting a total $2 above the current leader if necessary, on top of the $10 minimum. Whole-dollar amounts make the leaderboard easier to read.
- Guest checkout and claiming: You can submit and enter Stripe checkout without logging in. Stripe collects email and payment information on a hosted page; BidLOL only stores the status, amount, checkout email, and transaction reference needed to complete the order. Later, you can log in with the same Google email used at checkout and claim matching guest payments in My bids.
- Destination normalization: You can submit a public website URL or X account. BidLOL normalizes the destination before checkout to avoid duplicate entries for the same project; duplicate submissions increase the existing entry's total.
How to use: Submit a public destination (website or X account), and the system normalizes it and shows a preview; choose the amount to add, and Stripe charges that amount; only signed and successful payments affect the public leaderboard. The payment amount is the charge for this checkout, and the cumulative total after payment is the number that determines rank. For example, if an entry already has $8 and you add $10, Stripe charges $10, and after verification the entry becomes $18. Entries can be funded and boosted by anyone (fans, customers, teammates, or the original author), and a public entry is not owned only by the first submitter.
Use cases: Suitable for promoters who want display and direct visits for a website, product, or X account in a transparent and visible way; also suitable for viewers interested in public paid ranking mechanisms and outbound click data.
Limitations and notes: Leaderboard links should be marked rel=sponsored; BidLOL does not sell PageRank, does not guarantee Google rankings, and does not provide fake editorial endorsement or fabricated traffic. Click counts do not represent unique users, conversions, or search rankings. Rank increases usually begin after payment confirmation, so bid increments are usually final transactions; duplicate charges, technical failures, and legally required refunds are manually reviewed. If the rank is still pending after payment, do not pay again; contact billing@outbid-lol.io with the Stripe receipt. BidLOL operates independently and is not affiliated with outbid.lol.
