ZocialComment is a comment export tool for social media data collection, mainly used to batch-scrape comments under public posts and organize them into ready-to-use spreadsheets or structured data.
Main capabilities:
- Multi-platform comment export: Supports platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Facebook, Threads, Lemon8, and more. Later updates added X (Twitter) comment export and Google review export. Regarding new features, in September 2026, X (Twitter) comment export was added, allowing all replies to a post to be exported as CSV, Excel, or JSON; in August 2026, Google review export was added, where pasting a Google Maps place link allows reviews to be downloaded, including star ratings, English translations, photos, and business replies.
- Export formats: Supports CSV and JSON. CSV is suitable for spreadsheets, and JSON is suitable for developers. Download modes are divided into Clean mode (core fields only) and Raw mode (all API fields).
- Batch export: Multiple post links can be pasted at once, and a preview of the comment count for each link is displayed.
- AI comment analysis: Uses AI to analyze the sentiment, topics, and audience demographics of TikTok comments, quickly generating actionable insights. The AI comment analysis feature was added in April 2026.
- Profile Analysis: Provides in-depth analysis of any TikTok creator profile, offering engagement trends, audience insights, content breakdown, and AI summaries. Added in February 2026.
- Integration with AI assistants: ZocialComment can be connected to Claude and ChatGPT, after which users can ask questions directly (e.g., "export the comments from this TikTok and tell me what people are asking"), supporting exports of up to 100,000 comments, with no copy-pasting or handling CSV files.
- Chrome extension: After installation, comments can be exported with one click while browsing TikTok, with no need to copy and paste links; users can simply click the export button on any video page. The Chrome extension was added in July 2026.
- Other updates: In July 2026, Facebook group comment export, Comment Picker (randomly draw giveaway winners from post comments, free), and pay-as-you-go export were added; 2Improved Instagram export speed in June 2026, fixed issues with displaying Instagram commenter names and profile pictures; added comment export for YouTube, Reddit, Facebook, Threads, and Lemon8 in March 2026. No registration is required to export. After logging in, you can also export any TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, or Facebook post directly from the post page to CSV/JSON.
