Novelmint is an AI-integrated serialized fiction platform whose core goal is to help authors and readers discover each other through stories.
Purpose The platform serves authors with story ideas, authors who already have works, readers looking for new stories, and publishing service providers, among others.
Main Capabilities
- Readers can drag dots to shape their ideal story, then read or create stories.
- Authors can work with AI (Minty) in Studio to shape characters, worldbuilding, and the plot of each chapter. The author makes all decisions, and the AI writes the text based on those decisions. New accounts receive 400 credits, and the first chapter can be created and published for free.
- Existing books can be imported and published: EPUB, Word, Markdown, or plain text formats are supported. Publishing is non-exclusive, and books can continue to remain on other platforms. Directly importing a finished book is free, and authors keep 70% of the revenue from readers unlocking chapters.
- Every time readers read a chapter, they directly help real authors through reading, feedback, ratings, and support.
- Partners (ghostwriting studios, production companies, publishing services) can send finished books directly through the API. Books remain in the author's account, the author still keeps 70%, and partners receive 10% of reader spending from the platform's share.
- Referral rewards: anyone (including readers) can share an invitation link. When a referred author publishes a work and readers unlock chapters, the referrer can receive a reward of up to 10% of that spending. The reward comes from the platform's share and does not affect the author's income.
- An earnings calculator is provided to estimate a book's possible earnings.
- Browsing by genre is supported, and the platform features featured authors, featured characters, popular genres (such as thriller, mystery, and horror), and more.
How to Use Authors can start from any point: an idea, a completed work's table of contents, a list of ghostwriters, or a friend who writes. Write in Studio, or import an existing book. Readers can choose a story genre by dragging dots, then read or create.
