About this tool

Purpose

ParseForMe is used to automatically parse PDFs, scanned documents, mobile photos, Word files, and various forms into structured data, replacing manual data entry. Users can upload mixed types of documents, and the system automatically identifies the file type and extracts fields, ultimately outputting them as a table or pushing them via API.

Main Capabilities

  • Document Recognition: Automatically recognizes eight document types: invoices, receipts, bank statements, purchase orders, shipping documents, utility bills, payslips, and resumes/CVs; files that cannot be recognized are flagged for users to manually select the type.
  • OCR and Field Extraction: Preserves text and layout, and provides confidence for each word. Names, dates, totals, line items, etc. become structured fields, and each field points to its original location on the page, showing the OCR confidence and the checks it passed.
  • Validation and Duplicate Detection: Checks whether dates are real, whether totals add up correctly, and whether IBANs are valid; keeps suppliers, invoices, and candidates as typed records; duplicate invoices are flagged as duplicates.
  • Real-Time Progress: Each file has its own real-time row, showing "waiting, reading, completed" status; you can view the source location and confidence of each value.
  • Flexible Export: You can export one upload as a workbook containing a Summary and worksheets (grouped by document type); you can also export using any template, and re-export at any time for free because stored data is only remapped, not reread.
  • System Integration: Push parsed data directly into existing tools via API, webhooks, and connectors, with support for exporting XLSX, CSV, Google Sheets, and API return JSON.
  • Security: Provides encryption, access control, and audit trails.

How to Use

Upload documents (PDFs, scans, mobile photos, Word files, mixed types allowed), and the system automatically recognizes and reads them. Users can view the source and confidence of each field and review them. Then choose an export format or push data via API/connectors. A free start option is available: you can parse the first 30 documents for free, with no credit card required. The pricing page shows multiple tiers, corresponding to about 500 pages of standard OCR parsing, about 2,500 pages (suitable for small HR teams doing weekly batch processing), and about 10,000 pages (suitable for higher-volume recruiting processes, including room for AI parsing). Specific price amounts are not yet provided.

Use Cases

  • Recruiting: Parse resumes into structured candidate data, and put them into a tracking table.
  • Finance/bookkeeping: Convert bank statements, invoices, and receipts into clean rows and export them to Excel or QuickBooks.
  • Logistics: Read bills of lading, packing lists, and purchase orders to generate a trackable register.
  • General: Convert various paper documents encountered by the team into spreadsheets.

Limitations

The materials do not provide detailed explanations of document size limits, supported languages, accuracy metrics, specific feature limits of the free version, or data retention policies. The specific price amounts, the specific meaning and trigger conditions of AI parsing, and API call rate limits are also not provided. Information that cannot be determined is not yet provided.
