Color Me Shop MCP Server is the official remote Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for the Japanese e-commerce platform Color Me Shop. Color Me Shop is operated by GMO Pepabo, Inc., and this server allows users to operate their online shops through natural conversation with AI, for example, "show today's unprocessed orders" or "list products with inventory of no more than 5," thereby delegating shop operations to Claude and other MCP-enabled AI tools.
Purpose This server is intended for online shop operators using Color Me Shop, with the goal of connecting daily shop management operations to AI clients and completing tasks such as orders, products, customers, coupons, and shop settings through conversation.
Main capabilities
- Order management: List and search orders (by date, customer, payment status), update and cancel orders, view sales statistics, send order emails, and generate payment URLs.
- Product management: List and search products, register and update products, manage inventory, categories, and groups, and configure recommended products.
- Customer management: List and search customers, register and update customers, grant points, and manage membership tiers.
- Coupon management: Create, update, and delete coupons.
- Shop settings: View shipping methods, payment methods, gift settings, and product reviews. Access permissions are limited through Color Me Shop OAuth with minimal scopes.
How to use
- Transport: Streamable HTTP.
- Authentication: OAuth 2.1, with dynamic client registration (handled automatically by supported clients).
- Before connecting, you need to install the "Color Me Shop AI Connector" app from the Color Me Shop App Store.
- In Claude Code, run /mcp and select Authenticate to complete the OAuth flow.
- Claude Desktop / claude.ai: Settings -> Connectors -> Add custom connector, then enter the corresponding address; OAuth is handled automatically by Claude.
- Cursor: Add the configuration to .cursor/mcp.json.
- OpenAI Codex CLI: Configure according to the relevant instructions.
- Gemini CLI: See the Gemini CLI MCP server documentation to add a remote MCP server.
- Local stdio bridge (advanced): For clients that only support stdio transport, mcp-remote can be used.
Use cases Suitable for Color Me Shop merchants who need to handle tasks such as order inquiries and processing, inventory and product maintenance, customer and membership management, coupon operations, and viewing shop shipping/payment settings through conversation.
