What is Teammates
Teammates is an AI teammate project launched by Ubisoft based on generative AI technology, providing players with a more immersive and realistic gaming experience. Players can command AI teammates in real time by voice, such as "Pablo, cover me" or "Sofia, attack the enemy," and the AI teammates will take corresponding actions based on the commands and battlefield environment, such as shooting, covering, and following. AI teammates can communicate with players in natural language, providing tactical advice, emotional support, and task-related information. The project enhances the collaborative experience in combat scenarios, strengthening the dynamism and realism of the game world through the behavior and reactions of AI teammates, showcasing Ubisoft's innovation and exploration in the AI gaming field.
Main features of Teammates
- Voice command interaction: Players command AI teammates in real time by voice, such as "cover me" or "attack the enemy on the left," and the AI teammates take corresponding actions based on the commands.
- Battlefield collaboration: AI teammates can perform actions such as shooting, covering, and following based on the battlefield environment, fighting alongside players and providing a realistic squad experience.
- Natural language communication: AI teammates can engage in natural language dialogue with players, providing task information, tactical advice, and emotional support.

How to use Teammates
Teammates is currently in closed beta and cannot be used directly for the time being.
