On June 26, 2024, the AI voice assistant startup headquartered in Berlin, Germany,Synthflowannounced it has raised $7.4 million in seed funding. The round was led by Singular, with participation from existing investors such as Atlantic Labs and multiple investors in the AI field, including the founder of Krisp AI.
The company plans to use the raised funds for research and development (R&D) to increase the product's utility and expand its appeal to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Founded in 2023, Synthflow is a platform focused on providing SMEs with a no-code AI voice assistant building platform. Synthflow's product initially started as an English-language telephone answering service, as its largest market is English-speaking countries, but later added German and French versions (currently still in testing). The company's business goal is to provide an 'end-to-end' AI voice assistant experience directly to SMEs in the service industry, especially smaller businesses, through a DIY 'no-code' solution. Synthflow's CEO and co-founder Hakob Astabatsyan said the team hopes to leverage this early momentum to maintain growth by improving product utility and broadening its service scope.
