Good:

Bad: Helps with documents. — indistinguishable from others.
Review Checklist
- Description includes triggers ("Use when...") and is ≤240 chars
- SKILL.md body is ≤55 lines
- No time-sensitive info
- Consistent terminology
- Concrete examples included
- References one level deep
