Overview
The learner studies on their own personal learning projectis initialized. It diagnoses the learning topic and current level, designs a step-by-step roadmap (milestones) to the target goal, and creates a progress tracking file and a dedicated learning CLAUDE.mdis generated. Afterward, questions that arise during learning are investigated with education-tutor-research, and organized materials are turned into education-learning-material. This is the starting point of that cycle.

Workflow
Step 1: Diagnose learning topic and level
The orchestrator collects the following via AskUserQuestion (this skill does not ask the user directly; it operates on the values it receives).
- Learning topic: What you want to learn (e.g., claude code subagents, English subjunctive mood, Python async)
- Current level: Beginner / Elementary / Intermediate / Advanced — or a free-form description of "what you already know"
- Target goal: What you should be able to do when you finish learning (as concrete actions)
- Available time: Study time available per day/week, target period
Step 2: Design the learning roadmap
Create step-by-step milestones based on the diagnosis results. Use Bloom's six cognitive levels as the skeleton for the learning progression order.
| Stage | Cognitive level | Learning activity |
|---|---|---|
| M1 | Remembering·Understanding | Grasp key terms and concepts, draw the overall map |
| M2 | Understanding·Applying | Follow basic examples, verify how it works |
| M3 | Applying·Analyzing | Build it yourself, compare components |
| M4 | Analyzing·Evaluating | Judge trade-offs, compare with other methods |
| M5 | Evaluating·Creating | Apply to your own project, produce an applied artifact |
For each milestone: specify a one-line learning goal, 2-3 key questions (→ education-tutor-research input), completion criteria (self-check), and estimated study volume. Avoid asserting required time express it as priorities and order.
Step 3: Scaffold the project structure
Create the learning project folder.

Step 4: Chain guidance
Immediately after creation, guide the next action.
- With the key question of the first milestone,
education-tutor-researchguide to run - How to update progress (change milestone status in progress.md)
- Guidance on re-invoking when roadmap adjustment is needed
Deliverables
- Learning project folder +
CLAUDE.md roadmap.md(milestone roadmap)progress.md(progress tracking sheet)- Guide to executing the first learning step
Usage examples
Example 1: "Create a Claude Code subagent study project. Beginner, 1 hour a day" → Level assessment → M1–M5 roadmap → Create folder and CLAUDE.md → Guide to M1 key questions
Example 2: "Make a study plan to master English subjunctive mood. Intermediate, 2 weeks" → Refine goals → Milestones by subjunctive type → Progress sheet → Connect to education-tutor-research
Example 3: "Just set it up so I can track my learning progress" → Lightweight scaffolding centered on progress.md + guidance on update rules
Precautions
- If the level is unclear, first identify the current position with simple self-assessment questions.
- If the topic is too broad,(e.g., "all of programming") narrow the first roadmap to one branch and guide expansion afterward.
- Do not assert time required — instead of expressions like "it will be done in 2 weeks," express it in terms of milestone order and completion criteria.
- Create the learning project in the user's working folder. Do not overwrite existing files.
