Start Work / End Work / New Project Initialization

Start Work

1. Read AGENTS.md(if there is ANTIGRAVITY.md、handoff.md , read it as well)
2. Read project notes highlights
3. git status + recent commit
4. Report status and suggest next steps
5. Do not automatically pull/commit/push

End Work

1. Check sensitive data (API key, token, student real names, etc.)
2. Update project notes (completed items, next steps, pitfalls)
3. Only update AGENTS.md when rules change; write progress handoff in handoff.md
4. Check git status + diff
5. Only stage files relevant to this session (do not use git add .）
6. After confirmation, commit + push
7. Report sync results

New Project Initialization

First ask: name, purpose, folder, whether GitHub repo, public/private, whether to deploy. Create: AGENTS.md, README.md, .gitignore, Git repo, GitHub repo, project notes;ANTIGRAVITY.md serves only as a concise entry point pointing to AGENTS.md (the old AntiGravity 1 approach was to put all rules in ANTIGRAVITY.md). If it already exists → after taking inventory, only fill the gaps, do not overwrite.
