Quickly convert meeting minutes or discussion notes into a structured action item list.
Use Cases
- The user says "organize this meeting minutes into to-dos" or "extract the action items"
- The user pastes in a meeting record and needs to quickly sort out who does what
- After the meeting ends, an action item tracking email needs to be sent
Execution Method
Use LLM capabilities directly to analyze the text, no additional tools needed.
Extraction Rules
- Identify action items: find things from the discussion that someone needs to do
- Assign owners: determine who is responsible based on context (e.g., "Zhang San to follow up")
- Infer deadlines: infer based on context (e.g., "before next week", "before the end of the month")
- Determine priority: based on the urgency and importance of the discussion
- Mark dependencies: whether an action item depends on another being completed
Handling Ambiguous Situations
- No clear owner → mark as "To be assigned"
- No clear deadline → mark as "To be determined"
- Action item is not specific enough → break it down into smaller executable steps

### 未决问题
- [ ] 是否需要增加服务器预算?(需要财务部门确认)
- [ ] 外包设计 vs 内部设计?(下次会议讨论)
Output Specifications
- Action items must be specific and executable ("research" → "research XX and output a comparison report")
- Priority is marked with color, intuitive and easy to read
- Unresolved issues are listed separately and not mixed into action items
- If the user needs it, a tracking email template can be generated
