Workflow

Step 1: Understand the onboarding scenario

After receiving the user's request, confirm the following information:

  • New hire role: What position? Technical or non-technical?
  • Experience level: Campus recruiting new graduate/social recruiting junior/social recruiting senior?
  • Team size: How many people in the team? Is there a mentorship system?
  • Tech stack(technical roles): What technologies are mainly used?
  • Start date: When will they start?

If the user provides basic information, produce the plan directly.

Step 2: Design the onboarding plan

30-60-90 day framework:

Second week Day 6-10 Learning and understanding Become familiar with code/business, complete basic training
First month Day 11-30 Getting started and practicing Complete 2-3 small tasks, participate in Code Review
Second month Day 31-60 Independence and depth Independently complete medium-complexity tasks
Third month Day 61-90 Output and growth Independently own a module, pass probation evaluation
