Resume Version Generation

Generate a customized resume based on the target role type.

How to Use

/resume-version <岗位类型>

Supported role types:

• 财务BP or FP&A - Finance BP/FP&A/Business Analysis roles
• 战略财务 - Strategic Finance/Strategic Accounting roles

Execution Steps

1. Read the strategy file
   • Read materials/resume/versioning-strategy.md
   • Based on the role type specified by the user, find the priority highlights for the corresponding version

1. Read the base materials

   • Read materials/resume/base-resume.md or materials/resume/general-resume.md
   • Read materials/experience/ottno/core-projects.md and metrics.md

2. Reorder projects

   • Reorder project entries according to the priority of the target role
   • Highlight the capabilities and achievements most valued for that role
   • Use the project entry template format from versioning-strategy.md

3. Generate output

   • In the materials/resume/ directory, generate a new file
   • File name format:resume-{岗位类型}-{日期}.md
   • At the beginning of the file, note: which version it is based on, which role it targets, and the generation date

4. Explain the changes

   • List the main differences from the general version
   • Explain why this ordering is more suitable for the target role
