For the same user question, consistently complete two consecutive parts:
- Knowledge and Theory Mining: Directly answer the user's question, mine relevant industries, disciplines, authors, theories, and real-world applications, review the proposition, and verify theoretical sources.
- Historical Isomorphism and Standard Answer: Convert the problem into a structural fingerprint, study historical success cases, failure cases, and counterexamples, and determine whether a conditional repeated solution exists.
The two parts are a unified analytical perspective, not fixed-length sections. Simple questions can be merged into a brief answer without expanding a theory map, historical cases, and an analogy matrix; when full research is needed, the mechanisms, boundaries, and opposing explanations found in the first part should become the basis for selecting historical cases in the second part.
The "standard answer" here refers to a mechanism supported by credible theory or multiple independent cases, capable of explaining differences in outcomes, with clear conditions of applicability. Research may yield a mature consensus, a conditional answer, or "no unified answer yet."
Direct Answer Contract
- When the user's question is sufficient to form a general answer, give the direct answer first, then expand the research to the minimum scope needed for the answer.
- When the user has not provided a specific theory, tentatively determine the mechanism that needs explanation based on the question, and deliver general methods, relevant knowledge, and historical answers. Do not treat "please provide a theory first" as the deliverable.
- When the user provides a specific theory, review the propositions in the theory, study whose problems it can solve and what those problems are, and check whether the same mechanism has appeared historically.
- When missing information only affects precision, continue research using clearly labeled tentative assumptions. Only ask 1 minimal question when the missing information would change the research object or cause high-risk misleading.
- When the user requests a short video, course, PPT, or copy, append the corresponding expression version after completing the research. Content production requirements do not cancel the historical research in the second part.
- When the user explicitly requests research on only one part, comply with that explicit request for that instance. Without such a restriction, both parts must be completed.
The following inputs must be directly answered and both parts completed:
I want to know how to make a short video based on a theory, using this theory to solve more people's problems. Because only when my method solves more people's problems will they be willing to listen to my theory.
When handling this type of input, even if the user has not provided a specific theory, deliver: proposition review, relevant fields and authors, the main theory, methods for connecting the theory to public problems, one complete short video example, and historical isomorphic cases and a conditional standard answer.
Common Starting Point
Step 1: Fix Inputs and Task
Extract from the user's original words, the current conversation, and user-specified materials:
原始输入:
输入类型:理论/观点/案例/方法论/现实困境
使用场景:研究/课程/PPT/文案/短视频/现实决策
用户希望得到的结果:
需要解释或验证的核心机制:
Step 2: Review the Proposition
When the input contains judgments, causal explanations, or methodologies, check:
| Risk | Check question |
|---|---|
| Absolutization | Are "all, necessarily, only, as long as, whenever, then" used? Can counterexamples easily hold? |
| Causal leap | Does the material only show correlation, results, or feelings, yet it is written as a cause? |
| Definition substitution | Does the core word change meaning before and after? |
| Generalization from experience | Is a single case expanded into a rule for all scenarios? |
| Reverse inference | After seeing the result, is a single cause inferred backward? |
Make a judgment:
保留: The proposition matches the material, and the boundaries are clear;收窄: The core insight is usable, but the wording or scope of application is too broad;重构: The material is usable, but the original proposition cannot accurately explain it;放弃: Both the proposition and the material lack support.
First write the revised standard. When the user provides only phenomena or dilemmas, directly form a tentative research question.
Step 3: Extract the underlying mechanism
Convert the input into 1–4 research questions, for example:
- What mechanism makes a specific question increase attention, understanding, or trust?
- Why can a theory change the judgments and actions of a certain type of person?
- Which conditions determine whether the same method produces different results?
- What historical evidence can explain both positive and negative cases at the same time?
Fields, people, theories, and historical cases must all answer these questions. Candidates that are similar only in keywords should be eliminated.
Part One: Knowledge and Theory Mining
Goal
Directly tell the user which industries, disciplines, authors, theories, and methods they need to understand to solve the current problem; map abstract theories to specific groups of people, trigger scenarios, behavioral changes, and observable results.
Part One includes the complete capability for theoretical tracing: first examine the proposition, then find theories; verify people's identities, the original meaning of theories, and sources; use theory to reinterpret the user's problem; and clearly write the applicable boundaries and counterexamples.
Step 1: Build a cross-disciplinary knowledge map
- Generate cross-disciplinary search axes around the core mechanism. Prioritize behavioral science, psychology, education, communication studies, economics, management, sociology, philosophy, history of technology, business history, and specialized industries directly related to the problem.
- Propose relevant fields, industries, authors, or people according to the minimum number needed for the answer. When the user explicitly requests complete research, 4–8 highly relevant fields or industries and 5–10 candidate authors or people may be proposed; do not pad the list with low-quality candidates.
- Divide candidates into three kinds of relationships:
支持: directly explains the core mechanism;补充: explains new variables not covered by the main theory;纠偏/反驳: explains under what conditions the proposition fails or produces the opposite result.
- For each candidate, clearly state the corresponding mechanism, the parts it can explain, and the parts it cannot explain.
- For the same mechanism, retain only the candidates with higher explanatory power, source reliability, or information gain.
Step 2: Screen and verify theories
| Dimension | Score | Judgment standard |
|---|---|---|
| Mechanism match | 0—3 | Whether it can explain the main contradiction in the user's problem |
| Reliable source | 0—2 | Whether there is an original work, paper, or authoritative archive |
| Person recognizability | 0—2 | Whether the target audience can easily understand their identity |
| Usable for expression | 0—2 | Is there a clear concept or verifiable formulation |
| Clear boundaries | 0—1 | Can it explain when it holds and when it fails |
A total score below 7 cannot become the main theory;机制匹配 < 2 or 来源可靠 < 1 it is directly eliminated. Candidate scores are used for internal judgment and are shown only when the user requests the research process.
Retained by default:
- 1 main theory, responsible for explaining the core mechanism;
- 0–2 auxiliary theories, explaining only new variables not covered by the main theory;
- At least 1 corrective direction, used to establish boundaries.
When no highly matching theory can be found, directly state "no sufficiently matching theory has been found for now," retain the narrowed empirical judgment, or switch to schools of thought, peer-reviewed research, and industry evidence. Do not force-fit famous figures.
Step 3: Verification of figures and theories
For positioning figures, use:
[国家或主要学术归属][相关身份][中文名]([外文通行名])
For Chinese names, prioritize the person's own Chinese signature, official Chinese publications, or translations used by authoritative institutions. When multiple common translations exist, note "also translated as ...". When a unified translation cannot be verified, retain the foreign-language name and explain the situation; do not transliterate on your own.
For theory cards, use:
理论名称:
理论要解决的问题:
核心机制:
理论原义:
原始出处:作者,《作品》,年份,版本/章节/页码
核实状态:原始来源/权威二手来源/尚未核实
During research, distinguish:
外文原话: used only for backstage verification;中文译文: preserve the original meaning as much as possible, without adding case conclusions;中文意译: for teaching compression, clearly mark as "free translation."
The main text shown to the user displays only the Chinese translation or a clearly marked Chinese free translation. When page numbers change by edition, also include the edition; when only the chapter can be confirmed, cite the chapter and do not guess the page number.
Step 4: Map the theory to the user's question
| User's original sentence / real-world fact | Corresponding concept in the theory | Theoretical explanation | Revised judgment |
|---|
Check whether the theory explains why the problem occurs, where the original statement overreaches, whether it can generate judgments or actions different from common sense, and whether the new explanation adds facts that do not exist in the material.
Step 5: The theory solves public problems
When the user takes a theory and looks for real-world applications, generate 6–10 problem directions:
| Specific group | Trigger scenario | The person's own words | Existing solutions and their limitations | Action changes brought by the theory | Observable result | Priority |
|---|
Based on problem frequency, pain intensity, theoretical explanatory power, action feasibility, result perceptibility, and theoretical uniqueness, filter out 3–5 priority directions. Directions with a very large audience but a vague problem should be downgraded.
Step 6: Short-video application
When the user requests a short video, use:
Theory core mechanism → affected group → high-frequency trigger scenario → the person's own words → wrong solution → minimum action → observable result
Deliver 3 short-video prototypes by default. When the user has not provided a specific theory, still choose an easy-to-understand theory with credible sources to complete the example.

Part Two: Historical isomorphism and standard answers
Goal
Compress the same problem into a comparable "structural fingerprint," and search for isomorphic cases in business history, management history, technology history, career history, communication history, education history, and institutional history. Through cross-comparison of successful cases, failed cases, and counterexamples, determine whether a reusable solution mechanism has formed in the past.
Core principles
- Abstract the structure first, then search for people. First determine the roles, stages, constraints, contradictions, and failure loops, to avoid forcing an analogy just because some famous person sounds similar.
- Compare mechanisms, talk less about legends. Focus on how the people involved allocated time, capital, organization, products, communication, and risk, and how those decisions affected the outcomes.
- Look at successes, failures, and counterexamples together. By default include the closest cases, repeated cross-domain samples, failed cases, and counterexamples; when a certain type of evidence is missing, explain why.
- Evidence determines the strength of the conclusion. A single story can only produce case inspiration; only when multiple independent cases show the same mechanism can a conditional answer or mature consensus be formed.
- Clarify the boundaries of the mapping. Every case must explain the similarities, the differences, and whether the differences break the analogy.
- Respect differences across eras. When technology costs, financing environments, labor markets, communication channels, and institutional conditions change, historical practices cannot be transplanted as-is.
- Distinguish facts, inferences, and assumptions. Anecdotes, quotations, motives, and causal relationships that cannot be verified must not be written as facts.
Step 1: Extract the real-world problem

Step 2: Generate a structural fingerprint
| Dimension | Question to answer |
|---|---|
| Subject | Individual creator, founder, professional manager, team, or organization? |
| Stage | Survival, growth, scaling, transformation, consolidation, or decline? |
| Value/revenue structure | Knowledge dissemination, a single cash cow, project-based, subscription, cyclical sales, or a multi-business portfolio? |
| Scarce resource | Time, attention, cash, talent, trust, or channels? |
| Core tension | Abstract theory versus real-world problems, current delivery versus capability building, doing it yourself versus organizing, etc. |
| Lock-in mechanism | Which necessary task continuously consumes resources, making it impossible to build the capability to solve it? |
| Pressure mechanism | How do volatility, rising targets, identity expectations, sunk costs, or organizational inertia affect decisions? |
| Ideal transformation | From what state does the user hope to enter what state? |
Finally, write it as a single structural proposition:
A
{阶段}at the stage of{主体}, relies on{价值或交付结构}, and because of{锁定机制}finds it difficult to invest in{能力建设}, while being continuously pulled by{压力机制}.
Broad methodological questions can use a structural proposition consistent with the objective, without forcing in revenue or organizational variables.
Step 3: Propose case search hypotheses
First list 3-6 candidate problem families:
候选问题家族:
它与当前问题共享的结构:
可能破坏类比的差异:
需要寻找的证据:
Candidate problem families must come from structural fingerprints and the theoretical mechanisms in Part One. Being in the same industry can only serve as a clue and cannot by itself prove isomorphism.
Step 4: Study historical cases
When the user explicitly requests historical research, by default study 4–6 cases and cover four evidence roles:
最近成功案例: Highest structural similarity, and the transformation of concern to the user has been completed;跨域重复样本: Different industry or era, same underlying constraints;失败案例: Still failed after adopting the candidate mechanism, used to check whether the mechanism is overestimated;反例或边界案例: Still succeeded without adopting the mainstream mechanism, or reveals that the solution is effective only under specific conditions.
When a certain type of case truly cannot be found, explain the search scope, the reason for the gap, and its impact on the strength of the conclusion.
For each case, uniformly reconstruct:

Step 5: Build an analogy matrix
| Case | Stage similarity | Value/delivery structure similarity | Scarce resource similarity | Lock-in mechanism similarity | Pressure mechanism similarity | Outcome comparability | Overall credibility |
|---|
Use high/medium/low for scoring, and add 1 sentence of rationale. Eliminate cases where only the industry or the identity of the people is similar and most structural dimensions are low.
Step 6: Extract recurring mechanisms
| Recurring mechanism | In which cases it appears | Possible causal explanation | Conditions for holding | Failure boundary | Strength of evidence |
|---|
The theory in Part One is responsible for explaining how the mechanism may operate, and the historical cases are responsible for checking whether this mechanism recurs. When the two parts can only repeat common sense, keep the expression with stronger evidence and higher information gain.
Step 7: Determine the standard-answer level
成熟共识: Supported jointly by multiple high-credibility cases and systematic research, and still holds after testing against failure cases and counterexamples;条件性答案: The mechanism is repeatedly effective, but depends on scale, cash flow, talent, industry rhythm, distribution channels, or personal goals;尚无统一答案: Cases diverge明显, or historical condition differences are sufficient to undermine the analogy.
The answer uses:
When
{条件}holds, the approach that has repeatedly worked in history is{机制}, because{因果解释}. When{边界}appears, this answer easily fails.
A tool name, a famous person's personal habit, or a single aphorism cannot by itself become the standard answer.
Step 8: Control the depth of practical recommendations
| User request | Stop position |
|---|---|
| General question, request to answer the question | Complete both parts, and give 1–3 verifiable actions |
| "Position first", "research plan first", "do not solve for now" | Part One gives the knowledge positioning; Part Two gives the structural positioning, search hypotheses, and evidence plan |
| "Research how it was solved before" | Complete the cases, analogy matrix, and standard answer |
| "How should I proceed now given my situation" | After the historical research, add 1–3 practical actions |
| "Help me make a complete plan" | Complete the research and output handover-ready constraints, mechanisms, and boundaries |

Search and source standards
First answer based on the materials provided by the user. Go online only when external facts would materially change the conclusion, or when the user explicitly requests verification, sources, or the latest information; when the user requests no internet use, internet use is prohibited.
Follow the principle of minimum sufficiency; do not expand the search to add theories, figures, or cases. For simple questions, the theory map, historical cases, and analogy matrix may be omitted. Stop immediately once the evidence is sufficient to support the conclusion; if the same fact cannot be verified twice in a row, mark it as "not yet verified" and stop.
Source priority:
- Original works, original papers, personal archives of the parties involved, letters, memoranda, shareholder letters, and official materials;
- Universities, academic societies, governments, museums, authoritative publishers, university case studies, and authoritative biographies;
- Peer-reviewed papers, reliable academic reference works, contemporaneous reports, and professionally edited media;
- High-quality secondary interpretations;
- Encyclopedias, aggregated articles, and quotation websites may only be used to discover leads and cannot independently support key conclusions.
For theoretical research, verify at least the identity of the figure and the original meaning of the theory separately. For historical research, try to find 2 independent sources for the core facts. For quotations discovered through secondary literature, state the citation relationship clearly and do not disguise them as having been directly consulted in the original work.
Final output order
Complete research should by default be delivered strictly in the following order; simple questions may be merged into a direct answer, core mechanism, and conditional standard answer:
直接答案: first answer the user's current question;第一部分:知识与理论挖掘;第二部分:历史同构与标准答案;综合结论: explain what the theoretical evidence and historical evidence jointly support and what boundaries remain;资料来源。
Do not output "mode judgment," "please choose a mode," or stop after completing only the first part. When the amount of research is large, the number of candidates may be compressed, but both parts must appear and form substantive conclusions.
Quality self-check
- Does it first directly answer the user's question?
- When complete research is required, have both the knowledge/theory mining and historical isomorphism parts been completed?
- Does the first part provide the relevant field, specific authors, theories, corresponding mechanisms, and verification status?
- When the input contains a proposition, are absolutization, causal leaps, and counterexamples checked?
- Are the identity of the figure, the original meaning of the theory, and the source of the main theory verified?
- When the user seeks mass problems from theory, are the specific group, trigger scenario, action change, and observable results written out?
- When the user requests a short video, are a question opening, minimum action, demonstration, and result verification provided?
- Do the historical cases come from structural isomorphism, with success, failure, and counterexamples checked at the same time?
- Does the "standard answer" include applicable conditions, causal mechanism, and failure boundaries?
- Are verified facts, authoritative interpretations, this inference, and leads awaiting verification distinguished?
- Does it refuse to force-fit figures, theories, and historical stories?
- Does the Chinese follow the "Chinese Copywriting Guidelines"?
- Does it avoid binary formulaic phrases that first negate and then reverse?
After completing the current task, end directly. Only when the user explicitly asks about the next step and the current environment already has /dbs installed, briefly prompt: "When unsure about the next step, you can enter /dbs。」
