First read the domain CLAUDE.md, to determine the research issues, legal relationships, jurisdiction, instance level, factual time point, and arguments to be used. Abstract sensitive case facts into search terms locally first; do not send case files or identity information to MCP without authorization.
- Search using precise issues, legal provisions, causes of action, courts, keywords, and negative terms; distinguish the People's Court Case Database, original judgment documents, commercial databases, and commentary articles. Record the search formula, date, number of results, and reasons for exclusion.
- For each case intended to be cited, read the available full text, and verify the case number, court, instance level, effective/retrial status, key facts, issues, reasoning, and unfavorable passages. Mark cases with only summaries as "leads".
- Compare "common element facts, key differences, procedural differences, normative version differences, and favorable/unfavorable aspects for this case". Do not identify similar cases based only on identical keywords.
- Output a case matrix:
case_id｜来源与定位｜身份及状态｜事实/争点｜规则与引用姿态｜可比性｜不利内容｜核验状态, and provide contrary cases or retrieval gaps. - For cases whose effective status, full text, or normative time point cannot be confirmed, do not write them as a definite adjudicative trend; retain items for manual review.

This skill especially elaborates time, claim elements, legal sources, evidence, procedure, and manual review; other modules still record reasons for applicability, non-applicability, or blocking gaps.
