Skill Description

Automatically process all unread candidates who proactively submitted resumes in BOSS Zhipin [Chat] - [New Greetings], click to process them one by one, save the job JD and candidate resumes, complete matching scores, and finally summarize the results. Suitable for daily scheduled batch processing of proactive submissions.

Perform Pre-execution Checks

1. Must already be logged in to BOSS Zhipin. If the page shows not logged in / captcha required,stop immediatelyand notify the user to scan the QR code to log in; do not repeatedly try on your own.
2. Use the highest priority computer-use (CUA) mode for execution, and must follow the CUA operation specifications.
3. Confirm that jd-process/ root directory already exists; if not, create it automatically.

Standard Execution Steps

Step 1: Enter the Correct Page

1. Click the top [Chat] tab
2. On the chat page, click the [New Greetings] tag to filter out all proactively submitting candidates that need to be processed
3. Confirm that the [New Greetings] tag has a red dot (indicating unread messages), and start processing

Step 2: Process Unread Candidates One by One

For each unread candidate (with a numbered red dot at the upper right of the avatar):

1. Click the candidateto enter the conversation card on the right
2. Confirm the communication position, click the communication position name to view the job JD details
   • Click [Expand All] to view the complete JD
   • Check whether the jd-process/[职位名称]/ directory exists
   • If it does not exist:
     • Create the directory mkdir -p "jd-process/[职位名称]"
     • Copy the JD content and save it as jd-process/[职位名称]/[职位名称]-jd.md
   • If it already exists: directly close the JD popup
3. **Click the [Online Resume]** card to open the resume details
   • Select all resume content ➡️ Copy
   • Save as jd-process/[职位名称]/[候选人姓名]-boss-candidates.md
   • Close the resume popup
4. According to skill: byted-recruitment-jd-optimization scoring criteria, score the resume; a score >90 is marked as qualified
5. After processing the current candidate, continue processing the next unread candidate

Step 3: Completion Confirmation (Must be performed, cannot be skipped）

1. Scroll the page and repeatedly check whether the [New Greetings] tag still has a red dot (unread marker)
2. If there is still a red dot, continue processing the remaining candidates
3. Until the red dot disappears completely, only then is the task considered complete

Step 4: Generate Summary Report

Update the summary file jd-process/summary.md, including the following information:

• Number of applicants for each position
• Each candidate's name and resume file path
• Summarize qualified candidate information based on the scores

Pitfalls Encountered & Precautions

1. Path Space Handling: When a position name contains spaces, it must be escaped correctly; it is recommended to use " Wrap the path to avoid splitting errors
2. Clipboard retrieval: Do not rely on Python modules (such as pyperclip); it is recommended to use xclip -o > 文件名 to directly retrieve clipboard content, for better compatibility
3. Only process red dots: Do not repeatedly process candidates without a red dot (unread marker), to save time
4. Must scroll to confirm: After processing, you must scroll to the bottom to confirm that all unread items have been processed and the red dots have completely disappeared before finishing
5. Scoring criteria: Strictly follow the byted-recruitment-jd-optimization scoring requirements; only a score > 90 counts as qualified

Scheduled execution configuration

1. Set up the cron scheduled task as required
2. After execution is complete, the summary results must be proactively synchronized to the user through the Feishu channel
3. The summary information must be displayed in a table, including:
   • Overall application statistics
   • Application status for each position
   • Summary of qualified candidates for each position

Acceptance criteria

✅ All unread candidates (red dots) in [New Greetings] have been fully processed, and the red dots have completely disappeared
✅ Each position JD has been saved to the corresponding directory
✅ Each candidate's resume has been saved separately to the corresponding position directory, and the filename format is correct
✅ Summary file jd-process/summary.md update completed
✅ Scoring has been completed, and qualified candidates have been marked
