Input Requirements

Required information (injected via context)

  • Client basic information: name/code, risk level
  • Maturing product information: product name, fund code (if any), holding amount, maturity date

Optional information

  • AUM, client tier
  • Other holdings
  • Behavior tags (investment preferences)
  • Client's attitude toward reinvestment (if known)

If the user only says "a client's product has matured," ask follow-up questions about the client information and maturing product details.

Execution Process

Step 1: Parse Maturing Product Information

  • Extract the name, code, amount, and date of the maturing product
  • Determine urgency (already matured / maturing this week / maturing this month)
  • Determine the category of the maturing product (fund / wealth management product)

Step 2: Maturing Product Analysis

Fund type (qieman):

  • If there is a fund code, call BatchGetFundsDetail to obtain product details

Wealth management product type (gildata-aidata):

  • Call ProductBasicInfoList to obtain detailed information on the maturing wealth management product (issuer, term, return type, etc.)

Analyze the characteristics of the maturing product: type, risk level, historical returns, and understand the investment preferences the client demonstrated through this product.

Step 3: Replacement Product Screening

Based on the maturing product's characteristics and the client's risk level, determine screening criteria:

  • Same type or similar type
  • Not exceeding the client's risk level
  • Stable historical performance

Fund-type replacement (qieman):

  • SearchFunds: search for candidate replacement funds
  • GetBatchFundPerformance: compare candidate fund performance
  • BatchGetFundTradeRules: check trading rules (minimum purchase amount, fee rates, etc.)

Wealth management product replacement (gildata-aidata):

  • FinancialProductFilter: screen replacement wealth management products by risk level, term, and yield
  • ProductBasicInfoList: obtain details of candidate wealth management products

Step 4: Generate Retention Plan and Scripts

  • Design 2-3 replacement plans (conservative/balanced/aggressive)
  • Prepare script key points for each plan

Notes

  • Timeliness: the closer the maturity date, the more specific the plan must be; it cannot be vague
  • Customer inertia: prioritize recommending alternatives similar to the maturing product to reduce the customer's decision-making cost
  • Compliance requirements: do not promise returns, and do not use wording such as "principal-protected" or "guaranteed returns"
  • Retention techniques: for customers inclined to transfer out, the script should gently guide, not pressure
  • Category matching: for maturing wealth management products, prioritize recommending wealth management product alternatives; for maturing funds, prioritize recommending fund alternatives
