On June 6, 2024, the New York-based AI underwriting risk analysis solutions startupSixfoldannounced it has raised $15 million in Series A funding, led by Salesforce Ventures, with participation from Scale Venture Partners and investors including Bessemer Venture Partners and Crystal Venture Partners.
The company plans to use the raised funds to continue building its exceptional AI/ML engineering team, further enhance product capabilities, and accelerate research and development efforts. In addition, the funds will help Sixfold expand from the North American market to the UK and EU.
Founded in 2023 by Brian Moseley (CTO), Jane Tran (COO), and Alex Schmelkin (CEO), Sixfold is a company focused on providing generative AI solutions for end-to-end risk analysis in insurance underwriting.
