What is ScribbleDiff
ScribbleDiff is an advanced text-to-image generation technology that guides the image generation process based on visual prompts from users' simple scribbles. By analyzing scribbles, it ensures that the object orientation in the generated image is consistent with the orientation of the user's scribble, and expands the scribble to generate a more complete and detailed image. The core of ScribbleDiff lies in two key components: moment alignment and scribble propagation. Moment alignment improves the alignment between object orientation and scribble orientation, while scribble propagation, through propagation in the stable diffusion process, significantly expands the scribble over time, improves object shape, and enhances visual coherence. ScribbleDiff overcomes the limitations of traditional bounding boxes and region masks, generating images that more accurately reflect the user's intent and providing an intuitive and effective way to interact with computers.
Main features of ScribbleDiff
- Scribble-to-image conversion: Users generate corresponding images through scribbles, and ScribbleDiff can understand the intent of the scribbles and generate matching images.
- Orientation alignment: Ensures that the object orientation in the generated image is consistent with the orientation of the user's scribble.
- Image refinement: Expands simple scribbles into more complete and detailed images, increasing the richness and visual coherence of the image.
- Intuitive interaction: Provides a simple and intuitive way to interact with computers, allowing users to guide image generation through scribbles.
- No training required: Users can directly use ScribbleDiff to generate images without additional training or adjustment.
Technical principles of ScribbleDiff
- Scribble analysis: Analyzes scribbles based on algorithms, identifying key lines and shapes as the basis for image generation.
- Moment alignment: Uses mathematical moment alignment techniques to ensure that the object orientation in the image is aligned with the orientation of the scribble.
- Scribble propagation: Expands the lines of the scribble through algorithms, making the generated image more complete and detailed.
- Stable diffusion model: Uses a stable diffusion model to generate images, and the model generates high-quality images based on the guidance of the scribble.
- Spatial control: By precisely controlling the spatial layout of the image, ensures that each part of the image remains consistent in spatial position with the scribble input.
