On April 10, 2024, the San Francisco-based AI data annotation startup Sapien announced it has raised $5 million in seed funding, with investors in this round including Primitive Ventures, Animoca, Artichoke Capital, and Yield Guild Games, among others.
The company plans to use the raised funds to enhance its AI platform and expand its blockchain infrastructure to build a human annotation team.
