On March 28, 2024, the startup Metaview, based in London, UK, specializing in AI transcription note-taking tools built for the recruitment process, Metaview announced it has raised €6.4 million in a new funding round, led by Plural, with participation from existing investors Coelius Capital, Vertex Ventures, Seedcamp, Village Global, and several angel investors.
The company plans to use the funds raised in this round to accelerate product development and expand its team size.
Metaview was founded in 2018 by former Palantir and Uber product and engineering manager, CEO Siadhal Magos, and CTO Shahriar Tajbakhsh, aiming to transform the way hiring is done. The company provides an AI-driven recording software for recruiters and hiring managers to record, analyze, and summarize job interviews.
