In Feishu, I built an Agent content team for myself.
Other than me, the only real person, everyone else is an Agent. They each have their own strengths and each performs their own role. The key is that there is also a supervisor.
I don't need to assign tasks to the Agents one by one. I just drop a single instruction in the group, and the operations supervisor immediately breaks down the task, coordinates different Agents to start work at the same time, and collaborates automatically.
Doesn't it feel great after reading this? In the past, we always wanted to use one Agent to handle everything: looking up information, writing code, and writing were all handed to it.
But a single Agent simply cannot remember so much miscellaneous work. Once the context is full, quality drops sharply. Handling multiple tasks also has to be queued one by one. When the Agent is writing code and you want it to look up some information at that moment, you either have to interrupt the task or just wait idly.
Last month, Feishu launched a one-click deployment feature for OpenClaw, making it easy for ordinary people to raise shrimp too; recently, Feishu also launched multi-agent collaboration, and it even has tons of professional Agents built in. It's fair to say that if you want to raise shrimp for work, Feishu is very suitable!
Today, let's experience together how to turn OpenClaw into a super team that works for you 24 hours a day, helping us get done the work that one person originally could not handle.
01. One-Click Build an Agent Team
We openFeishu OpenClawand choose Create Now.
Official website:https://openclaw.feishu.cn
Give the agent a name.
Just as we clicked create, Feishu immediately popped up a notification that 5 million Tokens had arrived. No extra action is needed. These Tokens can be used for Feishu OpenClaw, and the validity period is 7 days. Later, you can continue using it by opening a membership or connecting an external API.
Creating the OpenClaw project takes about 1 minute, and we don't need to do anything in between.
Once we see the notification that creation succeeded, we can go to Feishu and chat with OpenClaw.
At this point, we have unlocked Feishu's first little crayfish. We click Manage Agents.
Click Add Agent in the upper right corner.
Feishu has tons of professional agents built in that are ready to use out of the box, such as content operations, video editing, product R&D, business operations, and so on. We can just choose one and start using it.
This is the Agent version of a talent market. Whatever type of talent our team needs, we just add the Agent directly.
Feishu has already automatically created the work group here, and the Agents we add will be automatically pulled into the group chat.
But when there are many work steps, connecting with Agents one by one is also troublesome. We can set the Agent that serves as the captain as the middle contact, break down the tasks we publish, and assign different work content to suitable Agents, similar to a supervisor in our office system.
For example, if I need a Douyin content creation team, after adding the professional Agents we need, we @ the supervisor in the group. The supervisor Agent needs to clarify the division of labor and workflow of the sub-Agents.
By this time, the supervisor Agent has already clarified our rules. Let's try writing a Douyin script.
The Agent will call different agents according to the process to divide the work and complete the task
In addition to these built-in professional agents, we can also create custom agents according to our own work needs. This makes the Agent team's capabilities even richer.
Each Agent can be configured with its own large model, including GLM-5.1, Qwen-3.6, MiniMax-M2.7,Doubao Seed 2.0 Pro, or customize and configure the model.
Not all tasks require the most powerful model. We can choose the most suitable solution based on our own needs, which can save a considerable amount of Token costs.
02. Some Sharing
Feishu OpenClaw directly turns a single-threaded Agent into a multi-core concurrent Agent. In the past, when we used multiple Agents to collaborate, we had to switch frequently and also handle the integration ourselves.
Now Feishu OpenClaw brings all Agents into the same work group. Each Agent has its own independent division of labor and can bring out its strongest capabilities in its professional field, without being affected by other Agents or tasks in terms of data and progress.
Many enterprises already assign tasks, record data, and accumulate experience in Feishu groups. To collaborate with Agents, Feishu is undoubtedly a great choice. It has powerful Agent capabilities and very convenient backend management. We do not even need to change our original way of working, and the learning cost is almost zero.
This is also the first time I have experienced what it feels like to be a boss. With one instruction, different Agents handle things for me at the same time. It feels pretty great.
Perhaps this is what the future work model will look like: everyone can use an Agent team to build stronger productivity.
We are no longer executors, but rather define goals, coordinate resources, and inspire creativity, thereby harnessing AI.
