What is AudioLib
AudioLib is the audio version launched by Yang Yue and the 43Music teamOpenRouter, opening up the team's 100,000+ original tracks created over more than a year to developers in the form of an API. With no need for an SDK, player, copyright negotiations, or library management, one Key and one library name, and a POST request can return a direct CDN audio link. The platform supports dozens of curated libraries for both function-oriented (focus, sleep, workout, etc.) and style-oriented (lofi, rock, pop, etc.) use, returning a random track on each call to achieve an infinite playback effect.
AudioLib's main features
-
Single API audio call: a single POST
/v1/audioendpoint; passing in a library name returns a playable audio URL, with no complex integration required. -
Massive curated libraries: covering 100,000+ original tracks, divided by scenario and style into dozens of standard libraries, such as
audio.focus、audio.sleep、audio.rock、audio.lofi, etc. -
Random rotation mechanism: each call randomly draws a track from the specified library, naturally supporting infinite looping and continuous playback while avoiding a sense of repetition.
-
Bearer Token authentication: the API Key starts with
alp_, standard HTTP authentication, supporting calls in any language such as cURL, JavaScript, Python, etc. -
Usage statistics and logs: the Dashboard provides request logs and call count statistics, making monitoring and billing management easy.
-
Zero copyright risk: all music is independently created and generated by the team, so developers do not need to worry about copyright negotiations or licensing compliance issues.
How to use AudioLib
-
Register and create an API Key: visit the AudioLib official website https://www.audiolib.ai/,注册账号,在 Dashboard to generate an API Key.
-
Choose a library: go to the Libraries page and browse libraries by function or style (such as
audio.focus、audio.ambient), preview them, and confirm they match your product's tone. -
Make an API call: in your product, send an HTTP POST request to
https://api.audiolib.ai/v1/audio, includeAuthorization: Bearer alp_xxxxin the Header, pass{ "library": "audio.xxx" }in the Body, and parse theurlfield in the response to play it directly.
AudioLib's core advantages
-
Minimal integration, access with one line of code: only one POST API call is needed, with no SDK, player, backend system, or library management, letting you call music like calling a large model.
-
Zero copyright risk, fully original library: 100,000+ tracks are independently created, generated, and open-sourced by the team, so developers need have no copyright negotiation or licensing concerns.
-
Scenario-based curated libraries: divided by function (focus, sleep, workout) and style (lofi, rock, pop) into dozens of standard libraries, each with hundreds to thousands of tracks, randomly rotating on each call and naturally supporting infinite playback.
-
Instant playback via direct CDN links: the API directly returns a time-limited CDN audio URL, so the client can play it natively without going through a server relay, with extremely low latency.
