The Utrecht, Netherlands-based AI bid management software startup Altura announced on March 19 that it has raised €3 million in seed funding, led by Curiosity VC, with participation from Fortino Capital.
Altura will use the funds to enhance its software and expand its team of top technical talent. The company aims to launch more products and strengthen support services to streamline processes and improve overall quality.
Founded in 2019 by Jordi van der Hek and Matthijs Huiskamp, Altura launched the first version of its software two years ago. Altura's AI bidding software simplifies proposal creation and management, aiming to transform interactions among government organizations, companies, and B2B collaborations. Altura's bid management software integrates large language models (LLM), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and custom prompts, as well as vector and graph database technologies.
