Alibaba Meoo Miaowu Hands-on Test - Develop a deployable app in 10 minutes with zero code

Author: AI小集 · Original source: AI工具集

Doing development now really doesn't require writing a single line of code! One sentence can generate a complete website, and it can also be deployed with one click! The same goes for H5 pages!

Today, Alibaba quietly launched its first conversational AI development tool, Meoo Miaowu.

As a pure liberal arts student who can't understand a single line of code, I got hands-on with it right away. The whole process only requires chatting with the AI, but what it produces is not just a page, but a complete, usable finished product.

It only took ten minutes to make a 3D mini-game, which was quite a pleasant surprise.

01. Build a website with 0 code

We open the Meoo official website.

official website:https://meoo.com

We briefly describe the requirements in the input box:

Develop a healthy eating mini-app. After the user takes a photo of food, the AI automatically recognizes the dish and ingredients, estimates the total calories, and breaks down nutritional components such as carbohydrates, protein, and fat. At the same time, it combines portion size, cooking method, and a common ingredient database to provide more accurate analysis results. The app also needs to further provide dietary pairing suggestions, such as whether this meal is balanced, whether it is suitable for fat loss or sugar control, and what other foods are suitable to supplement. The overall interface should be simple and fresh, making it convenient for users to quickly view the analysis results and record their daily diet.

Miaowu provides 2 development modes. Agent mode is suitable for handling long tasks. For friends who, like me, prefer lightweight development, I more recommend trying the Swarms swarm Agent mode, which can let multiple Agents process tasks in parallel at the same time, making development speed very fast.

Miaowu immediately understood the goal of this task and created a task plan.

In about 3 minutes, a web application was done, with very complete functionality,

I actually tried it out and found that its recognition of dish images was not accurate.

For example, what I clearly uploaded was an image of Bobo chicken:

As a result, the nutritional analysis result it gave me was Kung Pao chicken.

At this point I noticed that after completing the application development, Miaowu very thoughtfully asked me: Next, do you need me to adjust the analysis algorithm or connect to a real AI recognition API?

Wow, so what it gave me just now was only placeholder data for demonstration. Fortunately, Miaowu can directly call all-modal large models such as Qwen, GLM, Kimi, and DeepSeek.

Let's try connecting the API:

Connect to a real AI recognition API.

In about four minutes, Miaowu completed the feature update.

The key point is that after every adjustment, Miaowu will ask me in a guiding way whether certain functions need to be optimized. This is quite good.

Let's upload an image again and try it. This time the recognition was very accurate.

While using the app, I also wanted to improve some details, for example, adding a delete button to today's records.

We also only need to express it in natural language, and Miaowu can add it in one minute.

Moreover, after every adjustment, Miaowu will also ask me in a guiding way whether other functions need to be optimized. It is very comprehensive in its considerations.

Speaking it out loud is still not intuitive enough, so Miaowu also provides a visual editing feature.

We click the edit button in the upper right corner of the preview page or above the input box, and all detailed elements in the webpage can be precisely edited.

The most impressive thing is that Miaowu also configured the backend service for me, directly connecting to the cloud database.

Click Publish in the upper right corner to deploy and go live with one click.

My AI healthy eating assistant app just went live like this, with its own independent web link, and I didn't need to understand or look at code at all throughout the whole process! As long as you can type, you can make a complete app.

Besides generating websites, we can also use Miaowu to develop mini-games, generate productivity tools, and so on.

Develop a fun 3D multiplayer deep-sea submarine battle game. The scene is set in the deep sea, surrounded by giant glowing corals and schools of fish swimming through. Players pilot high-speed underwater vehicles through the undersea world and shoot at each other in real time. You can add explosion waves, bubble particles, wake effects, as well as underwater vehicle engine sounds, weapon firing sounds, and immersive undersea ambient sound effects.

It was finished in less than ten minutes!

The modeling looks relatively simple, but forward, backward, surfacing, diving, mouse-controlled direction, and shooting functions were all built for me, and it plays very smoothly! There are even game sound effects.

After playing a couple of rounds, I still didn't feel satisfied, so I invited friends to try it together, only to find that it was still single-player at that point. So I continued to make requests to Miaowu:

Implement multiplayer battles, with different users logging in, so they can battle in real time within the web page.

Miaowu immediately added a user authentication system, a game lobby, and game rooms.

Now we can register, log in, and achieve multiplayer battles in created rooms.

A liberal arts student spent just over ten minutes making a 3D game with a database and an online backend. Two years ago, I wouldn't have dared to even imagine this!

In daily office work, we often encounter scattered small needs.

There is also a very practical feature: Miaowu has a built-in skill marketplace.

We can directly call preset capabilities that others have already made, or upload and create our own skill packages.

For example, this glassmorphism UI skill. It can help us design a fresh, modern glass-textured UI.

We select the skill in the input box.

Enter the request:

Help me create an H5 wedding invitation, designed specifically for mobile phone screens. Includes: a cover page (full-screen background image + couple's names + engagement date, with a golden particle falling animation), a page-turn animation transitioning to the content page (swipe or tap to turn pages), content including a wedding timeline, a guest attendance confirmation button (tap to trigger a heart animation + counter +1), a map navigation card (tap to open the phone's map), a couple's photo album page (left-right swipe carousel), and a back-to-top button at the bottom. Overall use pink + gold, simple, high-end, and grand, with elegant fonts.

A very beautiful frosted-glass-textured invitation H5 was generated!

02. Some sharing

As a pure liberal arts student, I used to get dizzy seeing screens full of code. I actually had many fun ideas and small tools I wanted to make in my head, but because I didn't understand technology, those ideas eventually rotted away in my notes.

Now I don't need to learn advanced code at all, and I can complete development from 0 to 1 by myself and launch it with one click. This feeling is really amazing! Watching the ideas in my head turn into a real, usable app that I can also send to friends to play with together, the sense of accomplishment is off the charts.

Perhaps this is the charm of Vibe Coding. The barriers of technology disappear into thin air, truly giving every ordinary person with ideas a little bit of possibility to change the world.

Natural language will become the most powerful programming language in the world.

In the future, the core competitiveness will no longer be whether you understand front-end syntax or back-end architecture, but our imagination, business insight, and aesthetics.
