用途：zillow-search 用于搜索美国房产挂牌信息，仅在用户明确提出搜索请求时触发。若只需查询某个已知房产，应改用 zillow-full 的 lookup_property_by_address。
主要能力：提供 search_listings 工具，每次调用最多返回 50 条结果，每条结果消耗 1 个 credit。必须至少提供 location 或 bbox 之一：location 可为城市、ZIP 或社区字符串（如 "Austin, TX"、"78704"、"Brooklyn, NY"）；bbox 格式为 "west,south,east,north" 的十进制度数。可选筛选包括 status（for_sale、for_rent、sold，默认 for_sale）、price_min/price_max、beds_min/beds_max、baths_min/baths_max、sqft_min/sqft_max、year_built_min/year_built_max、home_types（house、condo、townhouse、multi_family、manufactured、lot、apartment 的逗号分隔子集）、days_on_zillow（"1"、"7"、"14"、"30"、"90"、"6m"、"12m"、"24m"、"36m"）以及 max_items（上限 50）。
使用方式：需设置环境变量 ZILLAPI_KEY 为 Zillapi API 密钥（格式 zk_...），例如 export ZILLAPI_KEY="zk_..."。免费密钥可在 https://zillapi.com/signup 获取，含 100 credits 且无需信用卡；套餐与当前价格见 https://zillapi.com/pricing/。失败调用不计费。由于 credit 随结果数增加，调用前应尽量收窄筛选条件并设置 max_items；查询范围过宽时应与用户确认。
错误处理：处理程序返回字典而不抛出异常，可能返回 {"error": "auth", ...}（密钥缺失或无效）、{"error": "HTTP 422", ...}（筛选值有误）、{"error": "HTTP 429", ...}（限流，需退避重试）或 {"error": "network", ...}（DNS 或连接失败）。
