用途：arkcli resources 域始终只读，用于资源发现与兼容性核对。主要命令为 arkcli resources list（按 modality 列出当前/指定 profile 可见资源、数据面与调用兼容性）和 arkcli resources resolve <endpoint-id>（权威解析 Endpoint 绑定模型、模态、候选工作流与 region）。
主要能力：list 每次实时打上游、无本地缓存，输出含 invocable、required_overrides、current_default 等字段；resolve 按 endpoint_model_type 判定真实绑定，CustomModel 时 model_id 保持 cm-... 身份，base_model_* 仅表 lineage。派发逻辑跟 profile.Type 走：platform → ListEndpoints，agent-plan / coding-plan → 对应 plan API。
使用方式：开始前须先读 ../arkcli-shared/SKILL.md；用户给出 ep-... 时先跑 arkcli resources resolve <ep-id> --format json；不确定身份时用 arkcli auth whoami --format json；按模态查询用 --modality text/image/video；多 profile 对比分别加 --profile。只读核对时每次只执行一条完整命令并读原始 JSON 与退出状态。
适用场景：查询当前 profile 可用 endpoint/模型；profile set-default 报 ID 不在列表；+chat/+gen 报 InvalidEndpointOrModel.NotFound；切换 profile 后对比资源差异；只给 Endpoint 需判断走 +chat、+understand 还是 +gen；从 Endpoint region 派生 Base URL。
限制：invocable=true 仅说明 Profile/资源类型兼容，不证明 Key 有效、有权限或额度；列表为空不等于指定 Endpoint 不存在。创建资源须转 ../arkcli-deploy/SKILL.md，raw CRUD 或 CI 预览转 ../arkcli-infer-endpoint/SKILL.md，找模型转 ../arkcli-models/SKILL.md，换 default 转 ../arkcli-profile/SKILL.md。本技能不负责改 default，也不得自行添加 --yes 或设置 ARKCLI_ALLOW_HEADLESS_ACTIVATION。
