用途：glab-issue 通过 GitLab CLI（glab）在命令行中管理 GitLab Issue，适用于缺陷跟踪、功能请求和任务管理。
主要能力：支持 create、list、view、note、update、close、reopen、delete、subscribe/unsubscribe 及 board 等子命令，可筛选状态、标签、负责人、里程碑，并以 JSON 输出机器可读结果。
常用方式：创建 Issue 用 glab issue create --title "Fix login bug" --label bug；从文件写入多行描述用 --description-file description.md；查看列表用 glab issue list --state opened；查看详情用 glab issue view 123；添加评论用 glab issue note 123 -m "Working on this now"；关闭用 glab issue close 123。参数也可接受 GitLab 工单 URL。
其他能力：--attach 可上传截图并追加 Markdown 引用；--template 可从仓库模板创建；时间跟踪用 --estimate、--spend 及重置标志；批量打标签可用 scripts/batch-label-issues.sh；看板视图可加 --paginate。
限制：--output 与 --output-format 互斥且取值受校验；--description-file 与 --description 互斥，创建时还与 --template 互斥；--attach - 与 --description-file - 不可同用；时间跟踪与其他更新可能分步执行，失败可能留下已应用的部分变更。具体版本与平台要求暂未提供。
