用途：该技能通过 message 工具在 Discord 上执行各类操作，代理侧不暴露 Discord 专用工具，统一使用 channel="discord" 调用。
主要能力：支持发送消息（可带媒体、可静默）、使用 components v2 构建富 UI、旧版 embeds、表情回应、读取、编辑、删除、投票、置顶、创建线程、搜索，以及设置在线状态。
使用方式：所有动作必须指定 channel: "discord"；发送类动作使用 to: "channel:<id>" 或 to: "user:<id>"；针对具体消息的动作使用 channelId + messageId。多账号可用可选 accountId。示例：发送消息 {"action":"send","channel":"discord","to":"channel:123","message":"hello","silent":true}；发送媒体加 "media":"file:///tmp/example.png"；富 UI 用 "components":"[Carbon v2 components]"，其为 JS/TS 集成中的 Carbon 组件实例（Container、TextDisplay 等），不可与 embeds 同时使用，同用会被 Discord 拒绝；embeds 在存在 components v2 时被忽略。读取用 action read + to + limit；编辑/删除用 channelId + messageId；投票用 pollQuestion、pollOption、pollMulti、pollDurationHours；建帖用 thread-create + threadName；搜索用 guildId、query、channelIds、limit；状态用 set-presence + activityType、activityName、status。
限制与注意：需遵守 channels.discord.actions.* 的门控，部分动作默认关闭，如 roles、moderation、presence、channels。优先使用显式 id（guildId、channelId、messageId、userId）。出站消息避免 Markdown 表格。提及用户格式为 <@USER_ID>。写作风格宜简短、口语化。
