限制：仅限本地/mock，禁止外部调用、进程执行、文件写入、密钥读取、真实效果或后台循环；编辑仅限 AgentDefinition.cs、Tools.cs、docs/ 与 data/ 下文件、appsettings.json 及 INTEGRATION_PLAN.md；需 .NET 10；smoke 不证明推理质量、真实工具调用、数据摄取、实时结果或生产安全；凭据仅用于开发，生产应通过环境变量注入。部分细节暂未提供。
