用途：通过 Stripe Projects CLI 插件开通第三方服务（数据库、认证、托管、分析、缓存、AI、可观测性等），并获取 API 密钥/令牌。
主要能力：搜索服务目录、初始化项目、添加服务、管理凭据与项目变量、查看已开通服务与环境变量名称。
使用方式：先确认 Stripe CLI 可用（which stripe && stripe --version），版本低于 1.40.0 时 macOS 用 brew install stripe/stripe-cli/stripe 升级，其他平台参考 https://docs.stripe.com/stripe-cli/install；再安装插件 stripe plugin install projects。随后用 stripe projects search <query> --json 搜索目录，用 stripe projects catalog --json 浏览可选服务，用 stripe projects status --json 检查项目状态，用 stripe projects init --preflight --json 做预检，通过后运行 stripe projects init --accept-tos --yes。初始化会在 .claude/skills/stripe-projects-cli 安装本地技能，之后用该技能继续添加服务、管理凭据和配置项目。项目变量可用 stripe projects variables set <name> --env-key <ENV_KEY> --value <value> 设置，用 stripe projects env add <name> --variable --env-key <ENV_KEY> 绑定，用 stripe projects variables list --json 列出。
限制：遇到 BROWSER_AUTH_REQUIRED、PROJECTS_SESSION_UNUSABLE、ACCOUNT_NOT_ELIGIBLE 等错误需用户自行在浏览器或 Dashboard 处理，不能代为完成；不要手动编辑 .projects/ 或 .env 文件，CLI 为权威来源；不要输出密钥值；仅引用目录中实际存在的服务，不得编造命令或提供商名称。具体收费、价格与平台支持范围暂未提供。
