用途：该技能通过 message 工具统一执行 Discord 相关操作，未向智能体暴露 Discord 专用工具，调用时必须指定 channel: "discord"。
主要能力：支持发送消息（可带媒体、可选 silent 静默）、发送富 UI 组件（components v2，推荐）或旧版 embeds、表情回应、读取消息、编辑与删除消息、发起投票、置顶消息、创建子线程、按条件搜索消息，以及设置在线状态（常受权限门控）。
使用方式：目标采用 to: "channel:<id>" 或 to: "user:<id>"；针对具体消息的操作使用 channelId + messageId。建议显式传入 guildId、channelId、messageId、userId 等 ID，多账号可传 accountId。发送示例：{"action":"send","channel":"discord","to":"channel:123","message":"hello","silent":true}；读取示例：{"action":"read","channel":"discord","to":"channel:123","limit":20}；回应示例：{"action":"react","channel":"discord","channelId":"123","messageId":"456","emoji":"✅"}。components 需来自 JS/TS 集成中的 Carbon 组件实例（如 Container、TextDisplay）。
限制：channels.discord.actions.* 存在权限门控，roles、moderation、presence、channels 等部分操作默认关闭；components v2 不可与 embeds 同时使用，且出现 components 时 embeds 会被忽略；出站消息避免使用 Markdown 表格；提及用户应写作 <@USER_ID>。
