用途：用于在 macOS 的 Things 3 中管理任务，通过 things 命令行完成新增、列出、搜索、更新、删除与验证。适合把笼统需求整理为具体可执行的下一步行动。
主要能力：读取任务列表并输出 JSON，如 things tasks --format json --limit 20、things today --format json、things search "query" --format json；新增任务支持 --notes、--when、--deadline、--list、--tags、--checklist-item 以及 --dry-run 预览；更新与删除需先通过搜索拿到 UUID，再按 id 操作。
安装与认证：GOBIN=/opt/homebrew/bin go install github.com/ossianhempel/things3-cli/cmd/things@latest。更新 URL 操作需要认证：source ~/.profile >/dev/null 2>&1 || true 后执行 things auth。THINGS_AUTH_TOKEN 来自 ~/.profile 或 1Password，切勿打印；things update --dry-run 须将其脱敏为 auth-token=***。add 不需要认证。
使用方式：新增后默认搜索回读；更新、删除后同样回读验证。删除会移入 Things 回收站，必要时用 trash 搜索确认。批量更新或删除前优先使用 --dry-run。日期计算用 date 命令，不要猜测。Today 仅在用户明确暗示时使用，否则默认 Inbox/Anytime。
限制：仅限 macOS；远程主机若缺少或不可见 Things.app，版本可能显示 UNKNOWN。数据库读取可能需要对调用应用开启完全磁盘访问权限，写入应走 Things URL Scheme 或 AppleScript，不要直接写 SQLite 数据库。--tags 用于 add/update，tasks --tag 为单数用于筛选；today 的 JSON 可能同时出现 start: Anytime 与真实 start_date，验证 Today 归属应结合命令归属与回读，不能只看单一字段。
