用途
ElevenLabs Sound Effects 用于根据文字描述生成 AI 音效，通过 inference.sh CLI（belt）调用 ElevenLabs 的音效生成能力。生成结果为免版税音频，可用于视频、游戏、播客等场景。
主要能力
- 文本转音效（text-to-sound-effect）：输入一段描述文字即可生成对应音效。
- 自定义时长：通过 duration_seconds 指定，范围 0.5-22 秒；省略时自动决定。
- prompt_influence 参数：取值 0-1，控制模型对描述的字面还原程度，默认 0.3。
- 免版税音频输出。
