用途：调查 dLocal 支付事件，如收款失败或停滞、付款去向不明、退款未到账、拒付。dLocal 是新兴市场支付处理商，其 API 只能按 id 检索，没有列表或搜索端点，调查须从已有 id 开始。
安全与限制：不要在对话中粘贴 dLocal 凭证（X-Login、X-Trans-Key、Secret key 三组密钥），让用户本地运行 agent-dlocal auth add <profile> --form，通过系统对话框收集；轮换用 auth update <profile> --form。工具无法显示已存凭证。所有命令只读，不能发起退款或付款。仅在用户明确需要脱敏字段时使用 --expose <path,key>，如 payer.document 属身份证号，应视为刻意操作。
使用方式：先运行 agent-dlocal usage、investigate usage、auth list、auth check。事件类问题优先用 investigate，一次调用返回 verdict、terminal、next_steps 和 evidence：investigate payment <payment_id>、order <order_id>、refund <refund_id>、payout <payout_id>。直接检索用 payments get/status、orders get、refunds get、chargebacks get、payouts get、payment-methods list/countries --supported、api get <path> [--query k=v] [--payouts]。get 支持多 id，按输入顺序返回。
结果解读：dLocal 以 status、status_code、status_detail 三元组报告结果，务必读 status_detail。收款状态码 100 PENDING、200 PAID、300 REJECTED、400 CANCELLED、600 EXPIRED；付款用另一套表，500 表示 DELIVERED。DELIVERED 非失败也非终态，不应据此重发付款。
常见陷阱：PENDING REDIRECT 多因客户未完成；payments status 仅限创建后 12 个月；live 与 sandbox 账本独立；应读 dLocal 代码而非 HTTP 状态；时钟偏移不是失败原因；无 list-countries 端点，用 payment-methods countries --supported 探测；order_id 是商户 id，应用 orders get。输出默认 NDJSON，支持 --format json|yaml；缺失 id 输出 @unresolved 且退出码 0；错误含 fixable_by 提示。
