用途：在 AI/Codex 刚完成一个功能实现后，提供带范围检测与文档生成的引导式回顾流程。触发关键词包括 post-dev-recap、開發後導覽、walkthrough after dev、recap workflow、本輪回顧。
主要能力：分为三阶段。阶段 0 解析参数并把工作目录解析为 git 仓库根；阶段 1 运行 node scripts/detect-scope.js 自动检测范围（未提交 → 分支 → 会话 → null），输出 ScopeReport v1 JSON；阶段 2 调用 /recap-doc --scope <path> 生成回顾文档，默认临时路径 <tmp>/sd0x-dev-flow-recap/briefing-recap-<YYYY-MM-DD>.md；阶段 3 必须进行问答，调用 /recap-ask "<question>" --context <recap-path>，并可用 --continue <threadId> 继续。
用法：/post-dev-recap [<focus>] [--interactive] [--depth brief|normal|deep]。--interactive 在阶段间提供繼續/提問/跳段/結束四种选择；--depth 默认 normal。
限制：必须运行在 git 仓库内；范围检测失败（source 为 null 或文件数为 0，或 feature_context.scan_error !== false）会输出 ⚠️ Need Human 并以非零退出，不调用子技能；禁止任何 git 写操作（add/commit/push/stash/reset 等）；非交互模式无法跳过问答，仅 --interactive 的 skip-qa-end 可显式跳过。仅在刚完成改动时适用；仅需文档应直接用 /recap-doc，共享给他人用 /tech-brief，诊断未知代码用 /code-explore。
