用途：用于从本地代理环境中安全、交互地移除插件与技能，并同步更新跟踪注册表。
主要能力：删除 .agents/skills、.agents/workflows、.agents/agents、.agents/hooks、.claude/、.gemini/ 等目录中的插件产物；从 plugin-sources.json（自动更新注册表）和 skills-lock.json 中移除对应条目，保持自动更新循环同步；避免幽灵文件、孤立符号链接和过期钩子注册残留。
使用方式：所有删除必须通过 plugin_remove.py 透明执行，不要直接在 .agents/ 下手动 rm -rf 插件目录。

依赖：Python 3.8+，无需外部 pip 依赖；plugin-sources.json 必须存在并包含已跟踪插件，需先运行 plugin-add。限制：未提供更多错误处理、回滚或权限细节。
