用途：os-guide 用于讲解和搭建“Agentic OS”模式，把无状态的 LLM 类比为操作系统：CLAUDE.md 层级充当内核，context/ 文件夹充当内存，dated 日志充当磁盘，skills/ 充当标准库，子智能体充当进程，斜杠命令充当 Shell，/loop 与 heartbeat.md 充当定时任务。
主要能力：提供按需加载的架构参考，包括 CLAUDE.md 作用域与优先级、context 文件夹模式、/loop 调度、子智能体与钩子、记忆卫生、规范目录树，以及自我改进的 Triple-Loop 自主研究框架。
使用方式：先询问用户需求，再读取对应参考文件；设置新环境可阅读 canonical-file-structure.md；记忆管理调用 os-memory-manager；持续改进调用 Triple-Loop Retrospective；排查加载问题阅读 claude-md-hierarchy.md。每次会话结束须执行两阶段闭环：Phase 6 用 os-memory-manager 写入日期会话日志并提升重要发现，Phase 7 用 os-improvement-loop 强化弱技能，最后提交 git。若遇到摩擦，可用示例命令发出事件： python context/kernel.py emit_event --agent os-guide --type friction --action encountered --summary "step:[which-reference] cause:[what-was-unclear]"
依赖与限制：需要 Python 3.8+，仅依赖标准库，无需外部包。安装依赖命令为 pip-compile ./requirements.in 和 pip install -r ./requirements.txt，当前锁定文件为空。设计上建议 CLAUDE.md 保持 300 行以内。LAB 会话 survey 写入 temp/retrospectives/，循环会话写入 context/memory/retrospectives/，post_run_metrics.py 只扫描后者。其余功能、收费、平台等细节资料未提供。
