用途：当测试需要通过 MCP 工具来编写和管理时使用本技能。
主要能力：通过有序指令与验证构建 YAML，并执行创建或更新。创建调用 create_test(name="...", platform="ios", yaml_content="...")；更新调用 update_test(test_name_or_id="...", yaml_content="...", force=true)。执行与查询使用 run_test(test_name="...") 与 get_test_status(task_id="...").
编写规则：每个指令步骤只含一个动作；验证与指令分开；验证用户可见的结果；敏感或动态值使用变量。规范 YAML 以 get_schema() 返回的后端契约为准，包含 instructions、validation、code_execution（使用 script 与 variable_name）、module_import（使用 module）、if/then/else、while 等类型。新编写的 YAML 中代码执行使用 script、模块导入使用 module，不要生成旧版 UUID 形式。
共享复用：若共享步骤出现在 3 个及以上测试中，可调用 list_modules() 与 insert_module_block(module_name_or_id="...")，再更新测试 YAML 以导入模块。
