参数：voice 为声音条目 ID（如 pragmatic-architect、pastoral、columnist）；tone 为语气条目 ID（如 candid、warm、matter-of-fact）；style 为风格条目 ID（如 problem-solution、devotional-reflection）；format 为格式条目 ID（如 adr、blog-post-long-form、slack-message）；topic 为写作主题（可选）；audience 为目标读者（可选，默认 general）。
实现：组合逻辑由技能目录中的 scripts/build-instruction.py 实现，脚本从插件根目录的 taxonomy/ 读取目录，该目录随插件一起分发。
